Diggin’ My Potato

Semester 63 jumped into their first week at Chewonki with both feet (and hands). Their arrived on campus coincided with the annual potato and onion harvest on Salt Marsh Farm, and “all hands” were on call to help bring in the spuds.

Precisely Pemaquid

Maine Coast Semester students visited Pemaquid Point for science field lab earlier this week. They explored Maine’s rocky intertidal zone, learned to identify species and draw an ecological site map in their field journals.
