Chewonki Chocolate Chip Cookies
Cream together:
1 cup softened butter
¾ cup granulated sugar
¾ cup brown sugar
Beat in:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir in:
2½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Scoop to the desired size on a greased cookie sheet (a 1½ ounce scoop makes about 12). Bake at 350ºF until golden. For the best experience, enjoy with a glass of Halo’s milk!
