Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup vegan margarine (or butter)
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup brown rice syrup (or honey)
- 2 cups gluten-free baking mix (or all-purpose flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2½ cups rice crispies
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups rolled oats
Directions
- Cream margarine and sugars.
- Beat in vanilla and rice syrup.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Press into an oiled 12” x 16” sheet pan.
- Bake at 350℉ for 18-23 minutes until golden.
