Chewonki Chewy Granola Bars

Ingredients

  •  2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegan margarine (or butter)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup brown rice syrup (or honey) 
  • 2 cups gluten-free baking mix (or all-purpose flour)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 2½ cups rice crispies
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 cups rolled oats

 Directions

  • Cream margarine and sugars.
  • Beat in vanilla and rice syrup.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Press into an oiled 12” x 16” sheet pan. 
  • Bake at 350℉ for 18-23 minutes until golden.
