Conferences & Rentals
Welcome your group to Chapin Hall, located in the Chewonki Center for Environmental Education. Amenities include:
- Chairs and tables for up to 100 guests.
- High-speed internet/wifi
- Complimentary coffee, tea, and water service
- Two breakout rooms suitable for up to 25 adults each
- A 25′ viewing screen and overhead projector
- Wireless microphones and audio pickup

Dates and Rates
Our Chapin Hall conference center is available between mid-August and mid-May. Please contact us for availability on specific dates.
- Half-day rental for up to 50 people (8am-noon, or 1pm-5pm) – $150
- Half day rental for up to 100 people (8am-noon, or 1pm-5pm) – $300
- Full-day rental for up to 50 people (8am-5pm) – $300
- Full day rental for up to 100 people (8am-5pm) – $600
Add-on Options
- Instructor-led challenge course or teambuilding exercise, 1 hour – $15 pp
- Instructor-led saltwater canoeing – 2-hours, $25 pp
- Continental breakfast – $15 pp
- Lunch – can recommend local catering options
- Dinner – call for availability, $30 pp, or can recommend local catering options
Overnight Cabin Rentals
Take advantage of our gorgeous 400-acre saltwater peninsula and extend your stay overnight in our newly built post-and beam bunkhouses or yurts. Our site can accommodate up to 50 adults for overnight stays. Please inquire for availability and pricing for overnight stays.
