1. Please notify our Advancement Office of any transfers of securities to ensure proper delivery and donor acknowledgment:

2. Please deliver DTC eligible securities to:

   Fifth Third Bank
   DTC: Participant Number 2116
   Please include BOTH the FBO and FFC account names and numbers listed below when making the transfer to Fifth Third Bank:
   FBO: Bath Savings Trust Company Account #: 010033036506
   FFC: Chewonki Foundation Account #: 56025700
   Make certain to indicate the transfer is a gift for Chewonki.
   
   

3. Transfer instructions for mutual funds and government securities will vary depending on the specific mutual fund or government security.  Please inform the Chewonki Development Office about your donation intentions and reach out to Bath Savings Trust Company directly at 866-670-7517 for specific instructions for these transfers. Do not use the delivery information in paragraphs 1 and 2 (above) if you are transferring mutual funds or government securities.
